At J. Corey Excavation LLC, our core values drive our success in our daily
operations with our employees & customers. Our goal is to provide quality services and; be a
positive influence in the communities we serve. We achieve this by practicing these 5 core
values from the top of our leadership team to the most junior employee.
Safety: Safety is part of our culture and the driving force behind that is our leadership’s
commitment to our safety program and the desire that our employees and those around them,
return home safely at the end of every day.
Accountability: We understand the importance of honesty. We stand behind what we commit
to do and complete it with integrity.
Learning: We are constantly striving to educate in ways of leadership, accountability, safety,
new technology and more efficient practices to better serve our customers’ needs.
Loyalty: We know the success of any company depends on the quality of its employees and the
loyalty to their employer. Our employees are our greatest asset. We respect them for the hard
work they do every day & strive to constantly create a positive work environment they can be

Customer focus: We believe we cannot be successful if our customers are not successful. By
